Ingredients:
8 oz. pkg cream cheese softened
1/4 C sour cream
1/4 C mayonnaise
3/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 C. Colby Jack cheese (shredded)
1/2 C. Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
6 oz. pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1-2 green onions chopped
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 clove garlic minced
dash pepper
1 14oz can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
Directions:
1. Cream together cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise. Add all other ingredients and stir together. Pour into a small baking dish that has been sprayed.
2. Bake 20-30 mins @ 350 degrees until heated through and bubbly.
