*triple recipe for bunt mold
Ingredients:
1 pkg unflavored gelatin (knox)
1 C. sugar
1 C. water
1 C. sour cream
1 C. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and mix together with a whisk. Put over medium heat and warm-don't boil. Add sugar to gelatin.
2. In separate bowl, stir sour cream, heavy cream, and vanilla.
3. Add hot liquid gelatin to cold liquid cream. Refrigerate in bunt mold until done.
4. Flip out of mold carefully and decorate with mixed berries (I prefer crushed strawberries).
