-This dish was brought to me after I had my youngest daughter Claire. It was delicious and a hit with the kids!
Ingredients:
1 jar Prego sauce
Penne noodles (cooked)
Alfredo sauce (recipe below)
Chicken (2-3 breasts, cut up and cooked)
Parmesan cheese
Italian Seasoning (sprinkle)
ALFREDO SAUCE:
2 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
-bring to a boil, stirring so cheese can melt.
Directions:
-Layer spaghetti sauce, noodles, chicken, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
-Pour Alfredo sauce right over layered noodles.
-Bake @ 350 for 25 min (just to warm through)
-Easy enough right?
